My goal over the past seven years has been ( and will continue to be) offering affordable, top quality baked goods to the community.

I am a full-fledged food snob and refuse to settle for less than the best.  That's why I buy organic flour directly from the mill, use butter and other non-hydrogenated fats, and use almost all local fruit in my pies, cakes and bars.  Heck, I even raise chickens on my small farm on North Whidbey to produce the eggs I use.

I offer a wide variety of rich bars, seasonal fruit pies and tarts, decadent cakes, scones, and savory breads.  This season I am also offering items for the more health conscious: fruit pies and whole wheat cinnamon almond braids (pictured) sweetened only with honey.  There will also be moist and delicious yeast-free breads and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.

As always, I gladly welcome orders for special occasion cakes (weddings excepted).

I hope to have something for everyone this year and look forward to being part of the fun.
